Bake 180 is run by Sarah Exall who started her journey with The Courtyard back in 2012 making and selling cupcakes. In 2014, Sarah moved into a bigger unit and has since grown her charming little cupcake business into a popular eatery for both locals and people travelling from all over the UK to visit Middleton Hall & Gardens.
